For items purchased directly from dartzoneblasters.com: Returns are only allowable for manufacturing defects. Returns with either a refund or replacement item—at seller’s discretion--for manufacturing defects are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be requested within 14 days of purchase by sending an email with order number, item info and description of defect.
Condition of Returns
Items must be returned in the condition they are received. Damage to an item after receipt is the liability of the customer and not grounds for a return authorization.

For Dart Zone® or other Prime Time Toys manufactured items purchased either in-store or online from other retailers: Please follow the retailer return policy for new/unopened items.
Damage incurred during shipment is an acceptable reason for return, however damage incurred after shipment as a result of human error is not an acceptable reason for return.
If a return authorization is issued, we will replace the item or refund the purchase price at our discretion. We may replace a defective part or component or offer a full replacement unit of equal value at our discretion. Refunds for products purchased from other retail stores are not available.
Return postage for manufacturing defect items will be paid by the seller via prepaid return shipping label. For all other returns authorized by seller, buyers are responsible for return postage fees.
