What is your return policy?

For items purchased directly from dartzoneblasters.com: Refunds are not available with the exception of manufacturing defects.  Returns with refund or replacement for manufacturing defects are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be requested within 14 days of purchase by sending an email with order number, item and description of defect. Photos or videos may be requested.  If a return authorization is issued, we will replace the item or refund the purchase price at our discretion.

For Dart Zone® or other Prime Time Toys manufactured items purchased either in-store or online from other retailers:  Please follow the retailer return policy for new/unopened items.  If an item is found to contain a manufacturing defect within 14 days of purchase, please contact us at dartzone@primetimetoys.com for a review and evaluation of the defect.  We may replace a defective part or component or offer a full replacement unit of equal value at our discretion.  Refunds for products purchased from other retail stores are not available.

Why aren't I getting the same FPS range as others?

Different chronographs often generate different readings and need to be calibrated regularly to ensure accuracy.  FPS may also be impacted by the type of darts used.
