Shipping

Shipping Information We ship to the contiguous 48 United States only excluding HI, AK, and territories. We’re sorry but we cannot ship to P.O., APO, or FPO boxes. Shipping fees are calculated prior to Checkout. Shipping fees are visible in your Shopping Cart. All shipments are processed using UPS Ground Shipments or USPS and will ship from Pompton Lakes, NJ within 2-3 business days of order confirmation. UPS delivers Ground Shipments Monday-Friday and USPS delivers Monday-Saturday. Click here for UPS Ground Transit Time Map. All orders will receive an e-mail confirmation after order is placed and a second e-mail with tracking number information for your order once the order is picked up. If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email from us, please contact us by e-mail at customercare @ primetimetoys.com.

Returns

Return Information To complete a return, please e-mail customercare @ primetimetoys.com, for a Return Authorization. No return will be accepted or credited without prior authorization. Returns on the Scorpion Ammo Belt are not allowed. After a return is authorized by our customer service department: 1. Return the item to the address given to you by our customer service department. 2. Include a copy of the email from our customer service department. 3. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service or with a value of over $100 should be insured. We are not liable for return merchandise that does not reach our Returns Department. An e-mail confirmation will be sent upon receipt of the return. All refunds will be in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 to 21 business days of our receiving your return. Please note that we only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or manufacturer’s defect. Non-defective/damaged items returned to us must be in the original packaging and in like-new condition. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the UPS carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the airway bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
